During my deliver inspection I found multiple problems. The manufacturer advised I make repairs using the product called Mekanical brand silicone sealant. Totally inapropriate as this is a sealer not an adhesive. I've since discovered Elmers "Stick-All" silicone adhesive. You'd think the manufacturer would know how to at least make repairs...

This is the oral cavity damage that occured in June 05 despite copious use of lubricant. I've glued the teeth back repeately but it keeps on seperating from the gum. The teeth have gotten chipped too. Unsightly.

In Nov 05 the silicone used to "smooth" the seams started to fall out. I have'nt been using the doll for months at this point. It's just fallin out on it's own. Manufacturer reported that as a defect in the older units. Nice suprise huh?

These are the repairs I've made with what the manufacurer reccomended a product called Mekanical. It's wholly unsuitable as you can see from the repairs.
Check the Elabow repair using Elmers "Stick All". Far more suitable. I wonder if I could charge a research fee to MD for finding the best way to repair there dolls? $4800.00 sounds about right :-(

This is the damage that occured to the elabow in Dec 05 as a result of having my Mechadoll propped up on her back on her elabows (supported) and the subsequent repairs using Elmers Stick All which works great for silicone doll repair

The paint Mechadoll uses fades completely after about three months.
